The villa is all on one level with raised large patio to three sides and there are two ramps available to access the patio area. The interior is well furnished with air conditioning to the three bedrooms and ceiling fans to other rooms, however, the air conditioning units can also be used for warming the air for cool evenings early and late in the year.

Fuente Alamo is a small town where there are supermarkets, restaurants, banks and a post office. It is approximately 8 kilometres from the villa. There is also a good medical centre here. Cuevas de Reyllo is a small village where there is a chemist, bank and two small shops. Iti s situated approximately one kilometre from the villa. San Javier (Murcia Airport) is only 30 minutes drive. Alicante 1 hour 20 minutes away.
